Sam Ulano has been in the music profession for 76 years, outliving many of his colleagues and students.  At 90 years old, Sam is still going strong - giving lessons, continuing his prolific drum book writing, keeping in touch with friends and going out on the town to hear good music, where he is often asked to sit in and play with the band.  He continues to write, perform and energetically teach 9 - 15 students a week in his own inimitable style.

He loves to hear from acquaintances, old students, colleagues and fans.  He’s also available to speak, lecture, hold drum clinics, entertain and inspire.
